I believe the many lessons I have learned creating CHAP and now KIDS-HEAL should be shared. KIDS-HEAL will dedicate up to 10 hours a month to counseling other nonprofits or individuals who make our world a better place to live and love.

12/2012 — Delivered more than $80,000 of donated product from William Gold & Bob Mitchell Furniture to families in need all over Oregon and SW Washington.  

11/2012 — Helped a group of Columbia Sportswear employees create and organize a fundraiser for a coworker and her 3-year-old daughter, both diagnosed with cancer within 10 days of each other. They raised more than $13,000 during an evening of food and arts fun. 

10/2012 — Supported KIDS-HEAL Board President Connie Ross in raising funds to feed 100 people at her church every Sunday. Her brilliant and very funny son JJ took his artistic talent
to a pair of white leather chairs donated by William Gold & Bob Mitchell with his rainbow set of magic markers.  

7/2012 — Organized food and backpack donations, and t-shirt printing, for the International Child Amputee Network in Portland.
